The purchased Product shall be delivered by a courier service selected by Helium, the purchased Products will be delivered on working days (thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays). We will also provide you with a tracking number for your order.
Charge for deliveries within the UK £12.99 next day delivery for orders made before 2pm.
Goods will only be delivered to the delivery address stated by the Customer
If we don’t have an item that was ordered in stock we will let you know within two days and give you an expected time of arrival, if you want you can wait for the item to arrive or you can always take the opportunity to refund your purchase.
Delivery Charges are:
United Kingdom Mainland – FREE, up to 1-3 working days approximately – tracked using UPS
European Delivery – £25.00 taking around 3-7 working days approximately – tracked using UPS
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN – £50.00, taking around 7-10 working days approximately – tracked using UPS
